    We attempted to purcharse a stairway railing system from Mosher Lumber. The salesperson was unable to answer any questions we had, and obviously knew nothing about the product they were selling.

    We left a list of parts we believed were needed, and were told they would get back to us with a price list in a few days. After a week with no return call, we called several times. Each time we were told they were busy, and would return our call asap. After another week of no returned calls, we purchased our materials elsewhere. (stairway, inc, who were absolutely wonderful helping us design our rail system, determining what was needed, and placing our order).

    I can't really comment on quality, since we never were able to purchase from them. Google required I enter a rating, though
